1. Introduction

Welcome to Silk Estates. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our accommodation services.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Guests must provide valid identification and necessary details at the time of check-in.
  • Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Any outstanding dues must be settled before check-out.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable (refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 1:30 PM
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

4. House Rules

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, guests must adhere to the following:

  • No smoking inside rooms or common areas.
  • No loud music or disruptive activities that may disturb other guests.
  • No outside food is permitted on the premises.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their dependents, children, and belongings.
  • Any damage to property, furniture, or accessories will be chargeable.
  • The property is in a jungle setting, and guests must follow safety protocols to avoid wildlife interaction.

5. Liability

  • Silk Estates is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.
  • Guests must follow safety guidelines, particularly near water bodies and in outdoor areas.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct or non-compliance with house rules.

6. Walk-in Booking & all other Payments at Property

Walk-in bookings are allowed based on room availability. The payment mode for walk-in bookings and other payments at property will be strictly through: UPI, Instant Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
